Euro6IX delivered the document D4.5 "Legal Position in relation to the system/ISP and data protection and its relation the processing of personal data".

The document analyses the personal data issues that the deployment and use of IPv6 may involve in the information society by means of the precise analysis of different cases to which this protocol shall be applicable.
