On November 25, the Ubiquitous Open Platform Forum (UOPF) announced that its “safe, simple and low-cost M2M real-time connection” Working Group that examines video communication and home appliance control using TVs, monitoring cameras and other devices, will start examining the possibility of IPv6 implementation on devices and network services as a necessary technical condition for network connection.
