Once China works out IPv6, it will escape the network security shade hanging over its head and have the network control in hand firmly.

The development of CNGI provides China of both opportunities and challenges. All the supporting software and hardware will be reshuffled, offering enterprises new opportunity and Chinese research institutions and enterprises an opportunity to master the core technology as well.
