NTIA release "Technical and Economic Assessment of IPv6" document

The President's National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace directed the Secretary of Commerce to form a task force to examine the issues implicated by the deployment of Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) in the United States. Interested parties were invited to submit comments no later than March 8, 2004.
As a result, NTIA is now posting the IPv6 Task Force discussion draft, "Technical and Economic Assessment of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6)". Simultaneously, NTIA is calling to an IPv6 Public Meeting on July 28, 2004. |
